How it works
Six stages between a click and a lead you can call.
VeRex is a supply chain, not a lead marketplace. Every stage below is fixed, documented and applied to every record we sell.

Sourcing
We fund and operate our own campaigns across paid search, paid social and comparison placements. Every enquiry originates on a VeRex-owned landing page, so we can attach the exact source URL and creative to the record. We do not buy third-party lists, scrape data, or re-market aged files as new enquiries.

Verification
Before a record is eligible for delivery it passes a fixed set of checks: mobile number verified by SMS code, email checked for deliverability, duplicate detection against recent supply, obvious junk and bot submissions rejected, and required fields present for the product. Records that fail are discarded, not downgraded and sold cheaply.

Consent and provenance
Each record carries a timestamped consent capture, the source URL, and the disclosure the enquirer saw. If you're ever asked to evidence how you came to contact someone, the trail exists and we can produce it.

Exclusive assignment
The record is matched to one buyer against agreed criteria - product, loan size band, state or postcode set - then retired from supply. It is not offered to a second broker now or later.
- 05
Delivery
Delivered in real time by email, SMS alert, CRM push or webhook, typically within seconds of verification. Speed to contact is the single biggest driver of conversion on mortgage enquiries, so nothing sits in a batch queue overnight.
- 06
Replacement
If contact details are invalid, the record duplicates one already delivered to you, or it falls outside your agreed criteria, it is replaced under our stated policy. Replacement covers data integrity - not a customer changing their mind.

- No shared leads
- A record is never sent to two buyers, at any price, at any time.
- No aged data
- We don't resell old enquiries as fresh, and we don't recycle unsold records into a discount pool.
- No retainers
- You don't fund campaigns, pay management fees, or sign an annual agreement.
- No consumer advice
- VeRex does not provide credit assistance. We supply enquiries; you hold the licence and the client relationship.
