VeRex exists because brokers stopped trusting lead vendors - with good reason.

VeRex is a supplier, not an agency and not a broker. We fund and run our own finance campaigns, verify each enquiry, and sell it to exactly one licensed buyer. We hold no client relationship with the enquirer, provide no credit assistance, and take no commission on what you settle.

That narrow role is deliberate. It means our only product is the integrity of the record - so the incentive to resell, recycle or pad volume, which is what damaged this market in the first place, doesn't exist here.

We supply residential mortgage enquiries only: refinance, owner-occupier purchase, first home buyer, and investment or construction. One asset class, four books, so the verification and the campaigns stay specialised instead of spread thin.
